What we do
Standard Brackets
We make a complete range of standard brackets from spreader brackets, gutter brackets, Stand-off brackets, to full goal post systems, ask for our spreader calculation chart to see which would best suit the awning size, depending on loading.
Spreaders
Spreaders, we offer standard spreaders in steel 50x25 for smaller systems 60 x 40 for most systems and 60x60 for larger systems along with aluminium plates with fixing points above and below to spread the load.
Gutter Brackets
Gutter Brackets in a range of styles using various size Steel box depending on size of awning and size of bracket required, we also have a range of adjustable gutter brackets please ask and we will send drawings and details.
Stand Off Brackets
Stand-off brackets are used when there is something on the wall that restricts the awning from being installed it could be mouldings, Down Pipes gas pipes or different level fixing points, stand-off brackets are used to install the awning in front of these obstacles. We manufacture a range of stand-off brackets in steel or aluminium both fixed and adjustable.
Goal Post Systems
Goal posts are used when there are no other possibilities these are normally 80 x 80 or 100 x 100 steel box section, we can supply posts only or a full goal post system with a cross beam.
Sensor Installation
Sensor installation is often an issue we have an adjustable sensor bracket that fits directly to the soffit to raise the sensor to a position where it can operate effectively (Image on page needs to change), we also have a bracket to fit a vibration sensor to the front profile.
Special Installations
Specials, over the years we have designed and fabricated many bespoke brackets in steel and aluminium, recently we have made brackets for a curved building that had to be adjustable on site to accommodate the curve on the building, a complete frame including guttering for a roof system on a garden room, a flat adjustable panel roof with end caps for a retractable fabric pergola system plus others, ask for a drawing pack with some of the brackets we have designed and manufactured.
